SVN::Dump::Utils

This module enhance SVN::Dump to allow performing operations on the 
SVN dump file.

At the beginning, this module is a base for working on a SVN to DARCS
converter. This include modifying the dump in order to have something 
complete and easy to transform.

In particular:
* track "mv" and "cp" in the dump file
* clone files/dirs that have been copied (allow to filter the dump and
  only extract one project from a subversion repository that was used to 
  host several projects)
* compare dump files ignoring some attributes
